HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE? It depends on what you're ordering. See the Shop page for dress price ranges. Prom Dresses start at $850. Deposits are required. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? Birmingham, Alabama DO YOU SHIP TO OTHER STATES? Yes HOW CAN I GET FITTED? Alteration shops or you can buy a measuring tape and FaceTime me, I will walk you through the measuring process. In-Person Consultations: Your measurements will be taken. CAN I RENT A DRESS? No, each dress is custom made HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A DRESS? Dresses take 8 to 12 weeks. DO YOU MAKE BLAZERS/TAILOR SUITS? Not at the moment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON ANY ITEMS. They are made upon ordering to YOUR specific size, so I do not issue refunds. Deposits go towards all materials. Items are inspected before shipping. I will not alter items based on incorrect sizes UNLESS I personally measured you. All materials are bought from third party companies. If you need to cancel an order, please email hope@hopesivi.com at least 24 hours upon completion of the checkout process. By submitting a payment, you agree to these terms.

Prom 2026 — Custom Couture Experience
Design Philosophy
Each Hope Sivi gown is a one-of-a-kind, custom creation. While inspiration images are welcome, exact replicas of other designers’ work are not recreated. Your gown will be thoughtfully designed and sketched based on your vision, inspiration, and selected details.
Design Consultations & Sketches
A design consultation allows us to explore your vision in depth and, if desired, create a custom sketch of your gown.

Design consultation & sketch fee: $50 (non-refundable)

Sketches are optional and not required to proceed.

Consultation fees do not apply toward the garment total.

All custom gowns are final sale.
Please note: Booking a consultation does not reserve a production spot.
Following your consultation, you will receive a custom sketch reflecting the discussed design.
Once the sketch is approved, a detailed quote and invoice will be emailed to you.
⚠️ Design changes requested after a deposit has been paid may incur additional fees, if the change can be accommodated.
Deposits & Production

All deposits are non-refundable.

Materials are sourced and ordered one business day after the deposit is received.

Production begins immediately upon deposit confirmation.

Each gown is produced in the order deposits are received to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Fittings & Refinements
Final fittings are scheduled to ensure your gown fits beautifully and aligns with the approved design.

Same-day alterations are not available.

We do not rush last-minute design changes.

Any additional details or embellishments requested after the initial consultation will result in additional fees.

In-Person Couture Consultations
Measurements will be professionally taken, and every design detail will be discussed to ensure a seamless custom experience.
Online Couture Orders
Clients placing online orders are responsible for submitting accurate measurements. Measurements may be taken by:

A professional alterations shop
FaceTime consultations are available upon request to assist with measurements. Measuring tape may be purchased at most retailers. Please refer to our sizing chart for required measurements.
Order Tracking & Communication
Once measurements are submitted and materials are received, production will begin.

Please retain your order number provided after consultation.

Order updates can be accessed through the Order Status page using your email and order number.

To maintain workflow integrity, excessive requests for progress photos are discouraged.
Estimated completion timelines are available on the website. Final gown photos will be shared upon completion or if a design enhancement is suggested (approval will always be obtained prior to any changes).
Final Payment & Delivery

Remaining balances must be paid prior to shipping or pickup, without exception.

In-Person clients: Final balance is due at the final fitting.

In-State clients: 1–2 fittings may be scheduled depending on gown complexity.

Unclaimed Gowns
Clients have 60 days from the final payment due date to claim their gown.
Unclaimed gowns will become the property of Hope Sivi and may be sold to recover the outstanding balance.
