• Select a dress style. I do not create exact dress remakes/replicas of other designers. I will sketch your dress based on any inspiration pictures you send and apply any changes you want made.

• Sketches/consultations are $50. This is a non-refundable fee. 

• ALL CUSTOM DRESSES ARE FINAL SALE

• Consultation Fees do not go towards the custom garments.

NOTE: Booking a consultation is for potential clients who need to discuss their dress in depth and want to see a sketch before paying a deposit) getting a sketch is not mandatory as you may not need a sketch.

Please keep in mind, booking a consultation does not secure your spot.

Upon completion of the consultation, you will receive a sketch of the desired design based on the details that were discussed.
​

To move forward, the sketch must be approved. Once the sketch is approved, You will receive an invoice with a quote via email.

NOTE: If changes are requested after you pay your deposit an additional fee will be charged if the change can be made. 

 

DEPOSITS

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE Note: Materials are ordered 1 full business day after a deposit is made. The production process starts once the deposit is paid.

FINAL FITTINGS  

This is scheduled to ensure that you're satisfied with the progress of the dress. This is also a time to make any adjustments. We do not make same day adjustments. Our goal is to make sure you're satisfied but we will not rush with any last minute changes.  Any add on details after the initial consultation will result in additional fees. 

 

CONSULTATIONS
 

In-Person Consultations: Your measurements will be taken and the details of your vision will be discussed.

Online Orders: Submit your measurements. You can have someone take them for you or sometimes David's Bridal and Victoria Secret does them free of charge. Facetime appointments may also be requested if you need assistance with measurements. Most alteration shops take measurements as well. Measuring tape can be bought at most stores as cheap as $1 (see the sizing chart for the measurements you will need)

 

Once you submit your measurements and the materials are received, production will begin in the order in which your deposit was received.

 

Please keep track of your order number from your consultation as this number will be how you can check the status of your dress. You will head to the order status page of the website and enter the email you used to place your order and the order number. Please do not send excessive messages asking for pictures of your dress.

 

Estimated completion dates are also posted on the website. You will receive pictures once your dress is completed or if I feel adding something or taking away something would make the dress better (I will always ask permission before making any changes not previously discussed). Upon receiving pictures, your remaining balance is due before the dress is shipped or ready for pick-up, no exceptions.

In-Person: Remaining balance is due at the FINAL FITTING.

 

• In-State: During the process, there will be 1-2 fittings depending on the style of your custom design.
  
   

1. Out OF State: You are responsible for the shipping charges. The shipping charge will be added to the invoice in the amount of $35. Next day and express 2-day shipping is available, but you are responsible for the cost. No exceptions.

Please note that you have 60 days from the date the final payment is due before the dress becomes property of Hope Sivi. Unclaimed dresses will be sold to cover the balance due on the account.
